Refund policy

30-Day Returns

We want you to feel confident purchasing from EZO Guitars. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of delivery.

To start a return, email mike@project47labs.com with your order number and the item you would like to return.

No Return Fees

Returns are free. We do not charge return shipping, restocking, or return processing fees.

Contact us before sending your item back so we can provide a prepaid return shipping label and return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will issue a refund for the full purchase price of the returned item, including any applicable tax, to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us. We'll work with you to resolve the issue at no cost to you.

Our Commitment

EZO Guitars products are designed by a builder, for builders. If something doesn't meet your expectations, we want to know why.

Your feedback helps us improve our designs, but providing feedback is never a requirement for receiving a refund.
