The EZO Universal Humbucker Pickup Routing Template gives guitar builders and luthiers a straightforward way to route a full-size humbucker pickup cavity without tracing a pickup by hand or relying on small traditional mounting-ear pockets. Its distinctive angled transitions open the mounting areas gradually, creating generous clearance for common humbucker baseplates, mounting tabs, adjustment screws, and hardware while keeping the route simple to follow with a pattern bit.
With an approximate routing opening of 3.386" × 1.597", this reusable guitar pickup routing template is designed around standard full-size humbucker geometry. The smooth sloped mounting areas replace the tighter dog-ear style transitions found on many conventional humbucker templates, giving the router a clean, uncomplicated path around the cavity.
